High Park

The goal for this main floor renovation in leafy High Park was to modernize the home’s Edwardian interior while preserving its original layout and woodwork. In the kitchen, we installed classic white shaker cabinets and incorporated stained glass panels recovered (much to our excitement!) from the property’s own basement. The Ming Green marble backsplash infuses an element of modernity while complementing the kitchen’s more traditional design. Elsewhere on the main floor, we fulfilled the homeowner’s wish for a new powder room by converting an existing closet and wrapping it in graphic Clarke and Clarke wallpaper adorned with red English roses. Today, this home embodies modern-classic design for functional everyday living.
